Our rail siding allows us to handle both rail and truck shipments at the facility. We have material handling equipment that is capable of lifting parts up to 9 tons and over 10 acres of outside storage and staging area.
Our polyester powder coating facility has coated products for shipment to most of North America and exported products to Europe, Asia and South America.
High Volume Powder Coating Shipping and Receiving Capabilities
Our superior shipping and receiving capabilities enable us to handle high volume powder coating projects with maximum speed and efficiency. Our two powder coat line operation allows us to quickly apply coatings to parts up to 2 feet wide by 7 feet high and 84 feet long for polyester, and 3 feet wide by 9 feet high and 110 feet long for green epoxy. Our typical lead time for our polyester coating projects is less than one week, and even faster lead times are often possible if needed to meet your project requirements.
Finished Parts Ready for Immediate Shipment
Because powder coating is applied as a powder instead of a liquid, it eliminates the extended waiting period to allow the finished surface to dry. As a result, even high volume powder coating projects can be completed quickly and are available for immediate shipment. This is an especially important consideration in today’s fast-paced and highly demanding business climate, in which extensive delays can result in costly overruns that limit the profitability potential of a project.
